Crime: Richard Pinedo Sells Russia American Banking Info

From late 2014 through Dec 2017, Pinedo sold American banking info including identities to Russians who interfered with the 2016 election. It is unknown if Pinedo knew he was selling to Russians and they were using the accounts to influence the 2016 election, but it is generally believed he did not. If so, he was a “willing idiot”.
