Crime: Russia Targets Minorities!

Jul-Aug-Sep-Oct: During the latter half of 2016, Russia focused on encouraging minority groups NOT to vote in the 2016 election.

For example:

Russia used their Instagram account “Woke Blacks” with “hype and hatred for Trump is misleading the people and forcing Blacks to vote Killary. We cannot resort to the lesser of two devils…better off without voting AT ALL.”

Also, Russia used their Instagram account “Blacktivist” with “Choose peace and vote for Jill Stein. Trust me, it’s not a wasted vote.”

Also, Russia used their “United Muslims of America” social media accounts to post anti-vote messages like “American Muslims boycotting elections. Most American Muslims refuse to vote for Hillary Clinton.”

Verified: In court documents.
