Crime: Cohen Lies in a Letter Sent to Congress for Trump

On Aug 28, Cohen lies in a letter sent to Congress for Trump about Russia. Lying to Congress is a crime (U.S. Code, title 18, section 1001). Cohen sends a letter of lies to Congress. The letter was made public queuing Donald Trump, Jr. and others to tell the same lies to Congress. They all told the same lies to Congress. They all committed Federal crimes and the President of the U.S. knows it. Richard Nixon was impeached for a similar crime. Is the President of the United States knowing a Federal crime is being committed in his name impeachable?

Verified: Cohen admitted he lied. We know from the Dec 2018 Cohen sentencing document.

The end.
