History is a disciplined extension of the journalism truth hammer. Using historical traces like a reporter, historians create stories of the past like a journalist.
Subject: Philosophy of History.
Science, law, and journalism are the three top-level truth hammers. History belongs near journalism because it reconstructs public truth from surviving traces. Philosophy of history then explains how those reconstructions earn confidence. The past happened, evidence remains, and historians build the best supported narrative from what survives.

Clifford argued that personal belief is a moral responsibility to humanity, not just a private habit. You have a moral obligation to be careful what you believe.
Subject: Belief.
Belief is not just private. What you believe shapes you and the world around you. Although his suggestion is stricter than most like, I think he wants you to treat belief as a responsibility: seek evidence where you can, stay humble where you cannot, and do not let wishful thinking do the work of truth.

Agrippa’s Trilemma does not break the Idea of Ideas. It helps show why we need a clear split between reality itself and our human ideas about it.

Agrippa argued that no belief can be finally justified. Every claim eventually runs into one of three traps: an infinite chain of reasons, a circular argument, or an unsupported assumption. Philosophers have wrestled with this for over two thousand years, and it still holds up, if, and only if, you’re talking about justification.

Wisdom is not the removal of every illusion. It is knowing which truths help you flourish, and which details only feed fear, obsession, or paralysis.
Subject: Ignorance.
Truth matters, but not every truth needs your full attention. A germophobe needs good hygiene, not obsessive knowledge of every microbe on every surface. Strive to removing illusions that trap you, but also allow yourself peaceful ignorance when more information does not improve life. Wisdom is calibrated knowing. Turn off the news when you start to feel depressed or angry.

Good common knowledge is the Grand Rational Framework. It is our common-floor public belief, and it evolves knowledge anchored to the material world, where only evidence-grounded reasoning reshapes what we collectively treat as true.

If we can all agree that the Grand Rational Framework is our science-first common sense, where we observe, test, and reason, we can remain honest about what cannot be. Public belief does not deny emotion, intuition, or confidence; it simply refuses to treat them as evidence.

Your goal is to listen with charity, challenge with care, and remember that people are more than the claims they currently hold.

If math refers to the real patterns and relations built into reality, then it was discovered. If it refers to the symbols, notation, and systems of thought used to describe those patterns, then it was invented. In TST terms, the structure belongs to the Material World, while mathematics as a formal language belongs to the realm of Ideas.
