Jan 24/25: Roger Stone Arrested, Terabytes of Data Seized
On Friday the 25th, President Trump’s longtime adviser Roger J. Stone Jr. was arrested on charges of obstruction, witness tampering and making false statements.
- Read the Indictment — read the PDF!
On the following Tuesday the 29th, Stone pleaded not guilty to felony charges in the special counsel investigation.
In these court documents, we learned:
- Stone lied to investigators for the House Intelligence Committee.
- Trump campaign officials dispatched Mr. Stone to make contact with WikiLeaks during the summer of 2016, when WikiLeaks was releasing a trove of damaging information about Hillary Clinton stolen by Russian intelligence operatives.
- This indictment nails down collusion and conspiracy between the Trump Campaign and WikiLeaks after WikiLeaks was known to be in conspiracy with Russian Intelligence (KGB).
Trump defense:
Trump nor the Trump Campaign hacked Hillary.
Answer: Straw man logical fallacy. No one us making that accusation.
The only crime that is possible here is hacking of HRC.
Answer: Red herring logical fallacy — a distraction. And, a lie. That’s not the only crime here.
The indictment does not claim Trump conspired with Russia.
Answer: True, but this document does say the Trump campaign conspired with Stone. And, that “someone” directed a senior advisor to tell Stone to conspire with WikiLeaks and it was known at that time that the Russian KGB was behind the WikiLeaks data. The “someone” mentioned in the indictment could be Trump.
Jan 18: Trump May Have Suborned Perjury
Trump reportedly directed Cohen to lie to Congress while President of the United States. We knew Trump committed felony crimes prior to taking the oath, now it is believed that he committed felony crimes in office. This exact crime was one of the Nixon impeachment charges! Obviously Don Trump Jr has exposure because we know he told the same lies to Congress that Cohen confessed to. The report is that Cohen met at least 10 times with Russian officials about the Trump Tower project during the campaign. Both Cohen and Don Jr then lied to congress at the direction of Trump. Watch this story. This story may force the house Democrats to start a formal impeachment investigations. Several congressmen have already said that if this report is true, Trump should resign. If he refuses to resign, he must be impeached.
Unverified: Based on reporting by Buzzfeed who are referencing 2 law-enforcement sources. We are awaiting confirmation. So far, Michael Cohen has NOT verified this reporting. Also, NO other news sources have confirmed. BuzzFeed says they learned from several suspects, and from officials that said Cohen confirmed this to Mueller.
Same day, the Mueller team releases a statement saying that the part of the reporting saying what Mueller documents they have is not accurate. The BuzzFeed reporters and editorial staff were grilled on CNN, MSNBC, and other places. They are standing by their reporting. Stay tuned!
Jan 17: Trump paid $50,000 to alter campaign polls in 2014, and 2015.
This is another campaign fraud/contribution illegal act and an impeachable act.
Verified: WSJ first reported this news. This info is reportedly backed up by 2 Trump org emails. And, confirmed by Michael Cohen! Cohen is only contesting that it was done with cash. Cohen says it was a check.
Remember: Cohen is a convicted felon facing 3 years in prison. He has a plea deal based partly on perjury. He cannot lie. If he does, they will rip up his plea and put him in jail for decades.
As for the @WSJ article on poll rigging, what I did was at the direction of and for the sole benefit of @realDonaldTrump @POTUS. I truly regret my blind loyalty to a man who doesn’t deserve it.

Jan 8: Manafort Colluded and Conspired with Russia!
Paul Manafort, Trump’s campaign chair, flew out of the country and met with Russian spies to collude and conspire. He coordinated internal RNC polling with Russian spies in order for them to help Trump in exchange for relaxing sanctions. Manafort chose to lie about these two acts. Polling data is kept very secret so this overt act is very telling. It’s a given that American campaigns do not share polling data with the Kremlin! Manafort also spoke about peace talks with the Kremlin including concessions to Russia in exchange for a pay off.
The timing of this was AFTER he became campaign chair. Trump’s campaign manager secretly flew to Madrid, Spain and met with Russian spies to give them secret internal campaign data to use to help Trump win in exchange for relaxing Russian sanctions in the future.
The Trump campaign willingly colluded and conspired with Russia in exchange for relaxing policies against Russia. The start of that obligation to Russian occurred during the Republican Convention when Trump changed the RNC platform.
We now likely know that the reason Manafort is not truly cooperating with Mueller. Manafort is too close to Trump, and he’s afraid of the Russian thugs. Mueller has already taken all his assets, but Manafort is likely afraid Russian thugs will kill him and his family.
Verified: WE KNOW THIS FROM MANAFORT’S LAWYERS! Not from Mueller. Manafort’s lawyer’s accidentally included the confession in a court document this day. They submitted a court document they meant to redact. They then deleted it, and resubmitted it with redactions. But, reporters were able to capture the first document before it was deleted.

Dec 29: Public Reporting — Russian Spy Pressured Manafort During Election to Cooperate with Putin
Victor Boyarkin told Time that he put pressure on Manafort during the 2016 election on behalf of a Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska. Boyarkin told Time, “He owed us a lot of money, and he was offering ways to pay it back.”
Dec 27: Public Reporting — Cohen’s Phone In Prague in Aug 2016 Just as Dossier Asserted
(Needs confirming because Davis and Cohen insist Cohen NEVER traveled to Prague.) We learned publicly that a mobile phone traced to Cohen sent signals off cell towers in Prague around this time. During the same time, Eastern European intelligence picked up a conversation among Russians, who remarked that Cohen was in Prague. The phone and surveillance data are most certainly in Mueller’s possession so we should have confirmation of this reporting when the Mueller report is released. The Steele Dossier asserted Cohen traveled to Prague in 2016 to meet with Russian legislator and hackers regarding 2016 election interference by the Kremlin. Cohen denied publicly that he traveled to Prague in 2016, but Mueller likely knows the truth and we will know when the Mueller report comes out. In Apr 2018, McClatchy reported that Mueller had obtained evidence Cohen traveled to Prague from Germany in late August or early September of 2016. This new info asserts more details.
Dec 18: Signed Trump Tower Moscow Letter of Intent
On Dec 18, CNN’s Chris Cuomo Releases Signed Trump Tower Moscow Letter of Intent. Just days after Trump’s lawyer Rudy Giuiliani said Trump never signed the letter of intent, Chris Cuomo releases the signed document. Embarrassing! Trump signed a letter of intent on Oct 28, 2015. Trump would spend his candidacy, transition, and 23 months in office denying it. And Russia knew, and had leverage over Trump during the campaign, and for 23 months of Trump’s presidency. CNN’s Chris Cuomo uncovered the document and published it on Dec 19, 2018. During the campaign, Trump lied to his voters and said he had nothing to do with Russia. He said no one at Trump Org, or with the campaign has any business with Russia. That was a lie.
Verified: We have the signed document and no one on Trump’s side is denying it’s real.
Dec 18: Judge Delays Flynn Sentencing
JUDGE CALLS FLYNN A SPY, COMMITTED TREASON!
Judge Sullivan criticized Flynn for treason, and essentially called him a spy in the white house. Refused to move forward with a light sentence. Flynn is now to cooperate more fully and stop lying about the FBI.
This judge is usually hard on government abuses, and over reach so this was unexpected. The judge put Flynn under oath this morning and interrogated him. Basically are you or are you not fully 100% guilty of being a Turkish spy, and committed federal crimes while in the White House!
In all fairness, I think this judge is upset that Flynn is trying to both plead guilty and say the FBI did something wrong. It’s also clear that this judge is pushing back against Mueller basically saying, this guy is a traitor to our country, and he did some of that while NSA IN THE WHITE HOUSE. Then, Trump fired the people trying to enforce the law and order.
After Trump appointed Flynn as NSA and while Flynn was one of Trump’s National Policy Advisers, but before Jan 20th, Flynn took money from a foreign country. Flynn was a Turkish spy.
Remember, Trump’s response was to fire Comey, Yates, and other good FBI agents. The legal system will severely punish Trump. And, I will never forget all the deplorable’s treason either.
We will get the transcript later today, but we know…
Judge says to Flynn…
You lied to the FBI on the grounds of the white house, in the west wing, do you know how significant a crime that is?
Judge turns to the American flag, points to it and says to Flynn…
Sir, you have dishonored everything this flag stands for. Arguably you’ve sold out your country, and if you proceed to sentencing today, I will incarcerate you. Do you want to think about this more?
Judge also said to Flynn…
Your co-Turkish spy is facing 15 years in prison for your crimes and you are getting off free. Even if you cooperate with Mueller I cannot guarantee I will give you no prison time.
Nov 9…30: Flynn Meets Secretly with Sergey Kislyak
In this time frame right after the election, Flynn met privately with Russia’s top spy master in the U.S. and ambassador. Then Flynn lied about it publicly and to the authorities. It is believed this meeting is one of the reasons Judge Sullivan was reluctant to give Flynn a light sentence.
We know this from Flynn’s court documents.
Dec 17: Judge Sullivan Orders FBI 302 on Flynn Interview released.
On Dec 17, 2018, Judge Sullivan orders the FBI 302 of Flynn Interview released. This interview made it clear that Flynn knew this was a formal FBI interview and that he chose to break Federal law.
Dec 17: Flynn’s co-Turkish Spy Indicted
Trump was likely not involved with this conspiracy at all. Dec 12, 2018 indictment of Flynn’s business partner released. This court documents shows Flynn was facing decades in prison. The next day on the 18th, Judge Sullivan puts Flynn under oath and Flynn admits he knew he was lying, and hat it was a big deal. The judge essentially calls Flynn a traitor that dishonored the American flag.
Dec 17: Senate Releases 2 Russia 2016 Election Interference Reports
The Senate released two new reports prepared for the Senate Intelligence Committee by independent researchers. They reveal that Moscow’s intelligence officials reached millions of social media users between 2013 and 2017. READ BOTH REPORTS HERE.
From these reports we learned or confirmed…
- Russia favored Trump over Clinton.
- Russia targeted African Americans.
- Russia focused on political and national security issues–not the election.
- Russia’s influence was wider than most thought–not me, I saw it clearly during the campaign.
And, Russia’s strategy worked! For example:
- In PA, Stein received 49,678 votes. Trump won by 46,765 votes.
- In WI, Stein received 31,006 votes. Trump won by 22,177 votes.
- In MI, Stein received 51,463 votes. Trump won by 10,704 votes.
Dec 14: Mueller Responds to Flynn Sentencing Memo
Mueller responded to Michael Flynn’s sentencing memo where Flynn said the FBI lied to him. We know Flynn lied to the FBI, lied to the VP, and lied to the public. As a top-shelf military and for 30 years, he knows he should not lie to the FBI, nor VP. This is a big deal.
In this court document, we learned…
- Despite Flynn’s overstatement that the FBI interactions were tricky, Mueller still asked for lower end sentencing. (This likely means that Flynn gave REALLY good intel to Mueller.)
Dec 13: Maria Butina Pleaded Guilty, Agreed to Cooperate, Not Mueller, US Attorney
We learned from court transcripts and documents that…
- From 2015-2018 Butina worked as a Russian Secret Spy and conspired with others to attack America running covert operations lead by the Kremlin. We know from other court documents and reporting that Maria Butina conspired with Americans including Republican politicians and the NRA to attack America. (So far, the NRA has only admitted publicly that they only received about $2,500 from Russia, and a small gift from Torshin.)
- In the court documents we also learned that Republican activist Paul Erickson received a target letter and the government is looking at charging him as a co-Russian spy!
- We learned Torshin was Butina’s handler. (Butina agreed to cooperate last Thursday, Torshin resigned from the Russian Bank on Friday.)
- In Mar 2015 both Maria and Paul agreed to conspire with the Russian government. Their covert operations would be directed by their handler Torshin for the Kremlin to affect politics in America.
- In August 2016 Erickson setup a “very” secure back channel between Republican leaders to the Kremlin and directly to Putin using the NRA. This was setup using their handler Torshin.
Note: We also now know that Maria Butina has testified to a Grand Jury. We know this because prosecutors accidentally posted a court document that was supposed to be under seal for a few hours and a reporter got “some” of the court filing.
Dec 12: AMI Non-Prosecution Agreement Released to the Public
The AMI agreement was released to the public minutes after Cohen was sentenced to 3 years in prison. The agreement is contingent on continued cooperation by AMI. What other secrets did the National Enquirer conspire with Trump to hide? We now know why on July 22, 2016, Trump said the National Enquirer should have won a Pulitzer. This absurd statement is part of the evidence of the Campaign Fraud Conspiracy.
The McDougal scam emerged just days before the election when the Wall Street Journal reported about her agreement with the National Enquirer. AMI lied and said, “[it] has not paid people to kill damaging stories about Mr. Trump.” In 2018, an article in the The New Yorker documented the tabloid practice of “catch and kill.”
Also, the National Enquirer gave Trump the equivalent of $3 million in ads. An open question is were any laws broken?
From court transcripts and documents, we learned…
- AMI entered a cooperation agreement and named Trump, Trump Org, and Trump campaign as co-conspirator.
- AMI, the parent company of the National Inquirer, admitted the Karen McDougal payment of $150k was specifically to help elect Trump!
- AMI admitted paying hush money to help Trump ahead of 2016 election.
- Both Pecker and David Howard, VP at AMI, were offered immunity by Mueller.
- AMI admitted the payment was designed to influence the election and in concert with Trump, the Trump Organization, the Trump campaign, and maybe others–that’s conspiracy.
- Weisselberg was given immunity and was the only non-Trump that can write checks. The other 4 are Trump, Trump Jr, Eric, and Ivanka. Everybody involved is either in prison or received immunity. Expect indictments.
- We learned this criminal conspiracy was launched in August 2015, Donald Trump, Michael Cohen, and David Pecker launched a CRIMINAL conspiracy to defraud the American voter. They agree to buy and hold any negative stories that come out about Trump.
- We learned that at least one of the AMI agreements that was seized in the Cohen raid mentioned that the story was to be held until after Nov 6, 2016 (election day).
Dec 12: Cohen “Statement of Admitted Facts” released
Agreement released minutes after Cohen was sentenced to 3 years in prison.
Dec 12: Cohen Sentenced.
Trump’s longtime personal lawyer and fixer was sentenced to 3 years in prison. Cohen was convicted on 9 federal crimes including 2 with Trump. And, Trump directed the 2 crimes he is named in. The president is an unindicted co-conspirator. Crimes included tax evasion, false statements to congress, etc. Think about that! The president’s personal lawyer is going to prison for 3 years for doing work for Trump!
In court documents we learned…
- Two of the federal crimes committed by Michael Cohen were directed by Trump.
Dec 8: Maria Butina Pleads Signs a Plea Deal
See Dec 13 when she pleaded guilty for details.
Dec 7: Manafort sentencing memo.
This is on top of the Cohen pleading guilty last week to lying to Congress about Russian Collusion. Trump most likely knew about that as well. Think about that, the President of the U.S. was in contact and working with a known Federal criminal lying to Federal prosecutors. And, Cohen lied to Congress for Trump. Richard Nixon was impeached for less.
What did Manafort lie about? Manafort lied about talking with Trump, and talking with Russian operatives. Wow. Manafort was caught talking to both. The go between?
In court documents, we learned…
- Manafort breached his cooperation agreement.
- He lied to Federal agents after his cooperation agreement about interactions with Konstantin Kilimnik. Specifically, that he and Kilmnik conspired together in witness tampering from Feb-Apr 2018. Specifically telling two other witness’ to tell the same lie they told about spying on America, in America.
- He lied about count 2 of preceding
- He lied about a $125k wire transfer in an attempt to hide work paid for by an unknown to us entity (Trump?).
- He lied about information regarding another case. This one is funny because he told so many lies he couldn’t keep his lies straight. Prosecutors literally showed him his own testimony to refresh his memory after he was caught switching lies a third time.
- He was in contact with Trump administration officials well into 2018 likely telling them what he knew and was saying. He did this many times. Mueller gives a specific example in which Manafort authorizes someone to speak to the administration on his behalf on May 26, 2018.
- Manafort was charged with crimes spreading from 2008 through 2018.
- Manafort met with Mueller 12 times (3 times prior to the agreement), and testified twice to a grand jury.
Starting Apr 11, 2016 Paul Manafort offered Russian spy Konstantin Kilimnik “private briefings” through numerous email exchanges.
Manafort wrote, “I assume you have shown our friends my media coverage, right?”
Kilimnik, “Absolutely. Every article.”
Manafort asks, “How do we use to get whole? Has OVD operation seen?”
OVD refers to Oleg Vladimirovich Deripaska who is a Russian oligarch and one of Russia’s richest men.
Dec 7: SDNY Cohen sentencing Document.
In the Southern District of New York court, Cohen plead guilty. If Trump had lost the election, Trump would have been charged along with Cohen for these Federal crimes, but because he’s president, he is not being charged. See page 12 of criminal indictment document. The charging document said Cohen did not cooperate with the SDNY as much as he should have. As an attorney, he is held to a higher standard. The charging document said he acted with a criminal mindset.
TRUMP COMMITTED FEDERAL CRIMES! Wow, on this day Trump said the big news “cleared him”, but, like usual, it’s the opposite. Federal prosecutors concluded that the sitting President of the United States committed Federal crimes.
Think about this. The President of the U.S. conspired with Cohen to trick voters in the 2016 election. Would he have won if his voters knew he did this? As Americans, do we want fair elections? Blagojevich is in prison for 12 years for far less!
In this document, we learned…
- He gave Mueller good corroborated information despite having no cooperation agreement.
- He committed tax evasion.
- He lied to a financial institution.
- At the direction of Trump, he broke Federal campaign financing laws to defraud the American voter.
- He lied to congress. Trump knew, and did not come forward. (Nixon was impeached for the same offense.)
- We learned that Cohen worked directly for Trump from 2007 to Jan 2017 after Cohen proved himself. Trump was being evicted from a building. Cohen got the entire board of directors removed fixing the problem for Trump. This is when Cohen went from making $75/year to $500k/year from Trump. From Jan 2007 through Dec 2016, Cohen no longer worked directly for Trump but ran his own firm and was a “personal lawyer” of Trump.
- We learned that Cohen, not Trump, started selling access to Trump in Jan 2017. He made millions, but provided little.
- From page 37, we learn that Cohen believed he would get a pardon if he stuck with Trump making him above the law.
Dec 7: Mueller’s Cohen Sentencing Document
In this Mueller document we learned the new fact that Trump conspired with Russia as early as Nov 2015. A Russian national who claimed ties to the Kremlin told Michael Cohen, Trump’s personal attorney, that Trump can rely on the Russian government for both Trump’s business and political prospects. They discussed “synergy” which is another word for collusion and conspiracy.
We also learned that Trump was set to get hundreds of millions of dollars from Putin for the Trump Tower meeting. Today’s document shows Mueller has evidence supporting this. Mueller has the Trump Tower meeting evidence.
In this document, we learned…
- Cohen joined the Trump campaign on June 16, 2015.
- Cohen with the coordination with and at the direction of Trump, worked to hide Trump affairs from voters both defrauding the American voter and breaking Federal Campaign laws.
- On Aug 5, 2016 Cohen, Trump, and David Pecker of AMI, the National Enquirer, entered an agreement to pay McDougal $150k to catch and kill her story. They conspired to break campaign finance laws and defraud the American voter. The National Enquirer gave Trump the equivalent of $3 million in ads. Was that illegal?
- On Oct 27, 2016 Cohen, and Trump paid Stormy Daniels $130k after Stormy contacted a magazine and was about to publish. After the election, Cohen gave the Trump Org a copy of the $130k wire transfer as proof he paid it to Stormy so he could get reimbursed.
- He lied about the links between Moscow Trump Tower and Trump. He said they stopped pursuing Moscow Trump Tower before the Iowa caucus in Jan 2016. His lies to Congress were “deliberate and premeditated.” He then spread those lies publicly. He coordinated publicly at the U.S. Capital and released prepared opening statements for other witnesses to see.
- If Trump would have completed the Moscow Trump Tower, Trump would have made millions from Russia. (Russia knows this and has “kompromat”on the President.)
- Cohen spoke directly with Putin’s press secretary.
- He specifically shifted the timeline back in an attempt to prevent Mueller from finding out that Trump conspired, colluded, with Russia to throw the 2016 Presidential Election to Trump.
- He and Trump committed voter fraud when they lied to voters that Trump has no dealings in Russia.
- He made false statements to congress and to the Special Council.
- He admitted to ongoing communication between the Trump Organization and Russia during the campaign.
- Cohen, Trump, the Trump Campaign, and the Trump Organization reached out to Russia multiple times seeking to collude. Russia responded that they are willing to conspire with them to throw the 2016 election to Trump. They described the help as “political synergy”.
- Cohen had multiple contacts with Russia that were direct to Putin.
- Cohen did NOT follow up with the “political synergy” guy above because he had “other” better contacts.
- Cohen gave Mueller evidence on Russian-Trump Campaign conspiracy, collusion, with Trump, Trump Jr., Ivanka, and maybe Erik. Cohen worked closely with these Trump Organization executives.
- Cohen was in close contact with the White House through 2017 and 2018. (We do not yet know what this means.)
- Mueller verified the Moscow Trump Tower information above with corroborating evidence. (Meaning, Mueller already had the goods.)
- Cohen met with Mueller 7 times. Starting with meeting 2, his lies stopped, but Mueller verified each relevant statement.
Dec 7: Tillerson Said Trump Directed him to Break Laws
Tillerson said he’d often tell Trump his ideas would break law and treaties. This is interesting because it is believed Tillerson had to push the limits of legal actions while CEO of Exxon. What did Trump ask him to do that was too far for Tillerson? It seems like Trump wanted yes men, people that would just do what he asked, but Tillerson was unwilling to do illegal activities.
Dec 4: Mueller Recommends No Time for Flynn
See Flynn Timeline. Because of “substantial assistance” and cooperation in the Mueller investigation.
Dec 1: Kremlin Confirms Cohen Trump Tower Contacts in Dec 2015/Jan 2016.
The Kremlin confirmed Cohen contacted the Kremlin twice to discuss the Trump Tower Moscow project during late 2015 and early 2016.
Nov/Dec: Mueller questioned Chief of Staff Kelly.
Reporting is he was questioned about obstruction, not anything else. Needs verification. On Dec 7, reporting indicated Kelly and Trump are no longer talking one-on-one and that Kelly will resign soon.
Nov 29: Cohen pleads guilty
Cohen pleads guilty to lying to Congress specifically about Trump directed Russia communication between Trump and Putin’s office where Trump offered Putin a $50 million apartment.
Oct 26: Manafort Testifies to Grand Jury
We know from the Manafort sentencing memo that Paul Manafort testified twice to a grand jury: Oct 26, and Nov 2.
Oct 19: Elena Khusyaynova Indicted for Attacking America! 2016 and 2018 Election Interference.
More Russian Meddling in 2018. Elena Alekseevna Khusyaynova was charged in Trump-Russia election meddling. The criminal complaint was filed in the Eastern District of Virginia, not by Mueller. I realize Trump supporters will not be able to see this reality, but it is right here, in their face. In the indictment, it CLEARLY specifies that Russia was helping mostly Republican candidates and Trump in the last election, AND OUR CURRENT election. This person had a budget of $35 million for her operation.
From CNN Article: “Prosecutors who unsealed the complaint Friday say she aided the Russian effort to “inflame passions” online related to immigration, gun control and the Second Amendment, the Confederate flag, race relations, LGBT issues, the Women’s March and the NFL National Anthem debate from December 2016 until May 2018.”
From indictment: “The conspiracy has a strategic goal, which continues to this day, to sow division and discord in the US political system, including by creating social and political polarization, undermining faith in democratic institutions, and influencing US elections, including the upcoming 2018 midterm election.”
Oct 15: New Yorker Asserts Trump-Russia Server Connection
Interesting article by the New Yorker asserts a link between Russia and the Trump campaign. It’s not a smoking gun, but is close to it. Add this to all the other evidence, case closed as far as I’m concerned! But, I’ll still wait for the Mueller report.
My Summary: Russian Alfa Bank communicated 2,500 times with Trump server mail1.trump-email.com which was not sending anything–that’s unusual. Those that discovered this wanted it public so they gave the info to reporter Eric Lichtblau of the Times in Aug 2016. A Times lawyer contacted the FBI who asked The Times to delay publishing. On Sep 21, 2016 Eric contacted Russian Alfa Bank for comments, and two days later the Trump campaign took down the server. No one from The Times notified the Trump Org. The assumption is Russia did, and that’s very interesting.
This article also confirms that the FBI had opened a counterintelligence investigation into Russia and the Trump campaign before the election and sat on it. What we didn’t know was that The Times knew this BEFORE the election too and chose not to publish. They later apologized, kind of.
Although the meta-data is general, Robert Mueller will fill in the details with just a couple subpoenas–stay tuned and vote Nov 6th!
Sep 20, 2018: AMI enters cooperation agreement.
AMI enters cooperation agreement and named Trump, Trump Org, and Trump campaign as co-conspirator. The AMI agreement was released within minutes after Cohen was sentenced on Dec 12, 2018. AMI admitted the payment was designed to influence the election and in concert with Trump, the Trump Organization, the Trump campaign, and maybe others–that’s conspiracy.
The National Enquirer gave Trump the equivalent of $3 million in ads. Was that also to influence the election? Is that also conspiracy?
Sep 19: Russian-NRA Spy Maria Butina Arrested
The American government, NOT MUELLER, arrested Maria Butina, a Russian spy who was embedded in the NRA and the Republican party. Her primary charter was to create secret back channels to the Kremlin including the secret Trump-Kremlin channel we already heard about from May 2016.
Also in the indictment are two unidentified Americans that “assisted” her (colluded, conspired). One is described as a political operative. It’ll be interesting to find out who these two are during the trial. My guess is one of them is Paul Erickson. She will be arraigned on spying charges this week.
We already know the NRA spent about 30 million dollars on Trump and we know Russia gave lots of money to the NRA. The big question is “Was the money Russia gave to the NRA ear-marked for Trump?” And, if so, can the government prove it.
Finally, I find it interesting that she had John Bolton record a video for the fake Russia gun rights group. That’s a big deal because John Bolton is now Trump’s NSA. Another compromised NSA. Ugh.
Sep 14: Manafort Pleads Guilty, Cooperates (Well, not really)
Aug 31: Russia Funnels Money to Trump through Inaugural Committee
Another guilty plea for Mueller in the Trump-Russian espionage case. Republican lobbyist Samuel Patten pleaded guilty to being an unregistered foreign lobbyist, lying to the Senate, and funneling $50,000 in Russian money to Trump through the Presidential Inaugural Committee. Patten used an American straw purchaser to hide the Ukrainian’s money to the inaugural committee through a Cypriot bank account. Oh, and he is now cooperating with Mueller and has agreed to testify. He signed a very robust cooperation agreement.
Aug 21: Manafort Found Guilty on 8 Counts (Unrelated to Trump)
Aug 21: Cohen Pleads Guilty to 8 Counts — 2 Counts with Trump!
Cohen plead guilty to eight counts: 6 counts related to tax fraud, 2 for campaign finance violations directed by Trump. Cohen then cooperates. Spending about 70 hours with Mueller over the next few months.
Jul 20, 2018: Cohen-Trump Tape Discussing Campaign Payoffs Surfaces
(NYT) FBI seized a tape from Cohen’s office of him discussing with Trump, two months before the 2016 election, a payment to Playboy model McDougal to hide it from voters.
Jul 15: Russian Spy and NRA Rep Maria Butina Arrested
Maria Butina is the Russian spy who, disguised as a reporter, asked Trump at a press conference what he will do about sanctions in Jun 2015.
Jul 13: Mueller Indicts 12 Russian Spies for DNC Email Hack
Mueller indicts 12 Russian military intelligence officers for hacking and releasing DNC emails during the 2016 campaign.
Jun 8: Manafort and Kilimnik Charged with Witness Tampering
Russian spy Konstantin Kilimnik was also a former aid of Paul Manafort. Both were charged with witness tampering and other charges.
May 2: Giuliani admits Campaign Violation Payment on Fox News
On Fox News, Giuliani admits Trump funneled campaign violation payment through Cohen.
Giuliani, “It’s not campaign money. No campaign finance violation.”
Hannity, “They funneled the payment through [Cohen’s] law firm.”
Giuliani, “Funneled it through the law firm and the president repaid it.”
Apr 9: FBI Raids Michael Cohen’s Home and Office
The home, hotel room, and office of Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen is raided by FBI agents. The FBI seized more than a million pages of files related to Trump.
Apr 5, 2018: Trump Lied to Reporters about Stormy Payment
On Air Force 1, Trump told the press corp he didn’t know about the payment Cohen made to Stormy. He lied even though on Jan 12, 2018 Cohen admitted he paid Stormy Daniels $130,000.
Feb 23: Rick Gates and Paul Manafort Named as Ukrainian Spies
Rick Gates separates from Manafort and pleads guilty to conspiracy against the U.S. Specifically, an unregistered agent of Ukraine. Names Manafort in indictment. Rick Gates and Paul Manafort worked as Ukranian assets (spies) from 2006 through 2015. They launched multiple in and against the U.S. on behalf of Ukraine.
Feb 22: Paul Manafort and Rick Gates Indicted for Past Crimes (Unrelated to Trump)
Mueller charges Paul Manafort and Rick Gates on 32 charges including money laundering and bank fraud.
Feb 16: Grand Jury Indicts Russia for Russian Interference into the 2016 Election
Mueller’s grand jury indicted 13 Russian Nationals (spies), and 3 Russian entities (government companies) for acts starting in 2014 which is long before Trump announced his candidacy. Russia employed hundreds and spent millions of dollars per year on what Russia calls “informational warfare” with the goal of spreading distrust towards the candidates and the political system of America.
